2. The system automatically blocks two hours, even the web conference lasts only up to 60 minutes normally. So we can answer all your questions, even it takes more time.

3. You will get a written confirmation for this booked appointment.

4. In case you have to move or cancel the appointment, please answer on the confirmation-email you got from us.
